Cindy Walker
American songwriter and country music singer and dancer Cindy Walker was a prolific artist, having Top 10 hits over five decades. She was perhaps most successful as a songwriter, responsible for writing and co-writing great hits such as "You Don't Know Me" with Eddy Arnold, "Distant Drums" and "Dream Baby". She was made a member of the Nashville Songwriters Hall of Fame in 1970 and inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1997.
