Luiz Bonfa
Luiz Bonfa was a Brazilian guitarist and composer who wrote much of the music from Marcel Camus' legendary film "Black Orpheus". From the film, "Manha De Carnaval" has became one of the most famous jazz standards of all time, Carl Sigman later re-wrote it with an English set of lyrics entitled "A Day In The Life Of A Fool". Later, Bonfa went on to work with American musicians such as Quincy Jones and Frank Sinatra.
