Ronald Dean "Ronnie" McDowell is an American country music singer. His debut single in 1977 was "The King Is Gone", a tribute to the recently late Elvis Presley. Since then McDowell has had more than thirty Top 40 hits on the Billboard country music charts. He has had two No.1 singles with "Older Women" and "You're Gonna Ruin My Bad Reputation" and 11 of his singles have reached the Top 10.
